**Festive Plant-Based CharcuterTREE for the Holidays**

Deck your holiday tables with this charcuterTREE. A festive centerpiece that’s perfect for everyone to enjoy.

### Ingredients

- 1 medium styrofoam cone
- Prime Roots salami slices
- Grapes
- Pitted olives
- Cherry tomatoes
- Small plant-based cheese cubes
- Fresh rosemary sprigs
- Toothpicks

### Instructions

1. Wrap the cone with plastic wrap.
2. Fold a slice of Prime Roots salami in half, then roll it loosely to form a rose.
3. Starting from the bottom, secure the salami rosettes, grapes, olives, tomatoes, and cheese cubes onto the tree using toothpicks. Work in a spiral pattern.
4. Tuck sprigs of fresh rosemary between the ingredients to resemble tree branches. Cut a slice of cheese into a star shape using a cookie cutter or knife. Place it at the top of the tree, securing it with a toothpick.
5. Serve with crackers and let guests enjoy plucking their favorite bites off the tree!
